Catering and Bars
General Assistants
You will be serving customers a variety of delicious hot and cold meals, snacks and beverages from the servery or directly to their table. Bar staff will be serving a wide range of draught and bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
Cash handling skills will be required.
Cooks
You will be preparing and cooking a wide variety of delicious, home cooked meals and snacks to a high standard of quality and presentation.
Qualifications in Food Preparation and Cooking are an advantage but industrial catering experience is essential.
Bingo
General Assistants
You will be checking winner's claims, giving out change and prize monies to members, a quick efficient and professional service to the customer is paramount.
Callers
If you have personality, stage presence and enjoy being the centre of attention, then this could be for you.
You will need to be fun, professional and enjoy the challenge of performing in front of hundreds of people on a busy night.
Calling bingo games, acting as a host for special events, promoting the club, the role is both diverse and challenging.
Gaming Machines
You will keep up with the latest fruit machine technology and game play. Keep the fruit machines in first class working order and maintain standards of presentation and customer service.
Ticket Sales
Selling members their Bingo tickets requires excellent cash handling skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
You will also need to be numerate and be able to reconcile your point of sale.
Security
You will welcome members and make sure a friendly atmosphere is maintained in the club.
You will patrol the car park areas, maintaining the security of member's cars, club property and keep the external areas well presented.
Department Supervisors
There are opportunities across all departments for people that can get the best from their team by leading by example, achieving departmental targets and maintaining customer service standards.
Management Opportunities
We are looking for individuals who have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a challenging and diverse environment.
You will be responsible for all club activities including, Business growth, Customer Service Standards, Staff Recruitment and Marketing. We have opportunities from Trainee Manager through to General Manager depending on your skills and experience.
You may have an industry or relevant experience, or a HND or Degree qualification relevant to the industry i.e. Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Business Studies.
