Serena Fish
 

Serena joined Castle in 1995. During the last 13 years Serena has worked her way through the ranks and is now the General Manager of our Canton club in Cardiff.

In her spare time, Serena enjoys travelling and exploring foreign countries, soaking in the sun, sea and sand.

 

 
Dale Haberfield
 

Dale joined Castle Leisure over 9 years ago and is the latest addition to the General Manager team.   Over the years, he has worked in the majority of our clubs and is now proud to be the new General Manager of our Neath Club.

In his spare time, Dale enjoys mountain biking and can regularly be found on the professional trails.  He also has the misfortune of supporting Tottenham Hotspur and enjoys spending time with his family.

 

 
Jason Harries
 

Jason is 36 years old, a Welsh speaker born the day after St David.

His bingo career began with Top Rank (now Mecca) back in 1992, and he worked in Exeter, Taunton, Gloucester, Cwmbran and Cardiff before returning to Swansea, where he joined Castle ten years ago.

Sport is a passion for him, being an avid Swansea, Manchester United and Ospreys fan, and continues at his age to play football in the local Neath League with Bryn Rovers. 

Jason has been General Manager at Canton, Bridgend and Neath.  He's thrilled to be taking over as General Manager of Uskway in November.

 

 
Jodie Manley
 

Jodie has been with Castle Leisure for nearly 14 years and has worked in most of our clubs.  She started her career in our Merthyr club as a booksales operative and is thrilled to be going back there as general manager.

Jodie is currently in the last year of her masters degree in Psychology, which has been hard work but fantastic.  She has also recently welcomed a new addition to her family in the form of a King Charles puppy named Maximus, who takes up all of her spare time!!

 

 
Sam Nicholas
 

Sam is our youngest general manager and is based at our club in Nantgarw.

Sam started in our Canton club as a Caller in 2003 and was thrilled to return as the general manager in June 2007.  Following some time in our Newport Road club, Sam is exceited about returning to Nantgarw, after being part of the opening team in February 2006.

When not in work, Sam enjoys eating out in Cardiff and is also passionate about all things football, trying to visit Arsenal football club whenever she can.

Sam completed her Management level 5 NVQ in 2008 and was awarded the prestigious student of the year award, for completing level 4 and level 5 in one academic year.

 

 
Marc Richards
 

Marc Richards has been with Castle Leisure since the tender age of 18 and has been with us for over 16 years.

 A Pontypridd boy, he previously managed our Newport Road and Merthyr Tydfil clubs and is now the General Manager of our club in Bridgend. 

He loves the industry and thrives on customer contact.

 

 
Gareth Ring
 

Gareth Ring has been with the company for over 5 years, starting in Pontypridd whilst studying for his degree.


He has worked in many of our clubs, before becoming General Manager of Castle Bridgend in 2005. Since then, he has been general manager at Morriston, Merthyr and his current club, Newport Road.  

 

 
Mike Wiltshire
 

When Mike started with Castle Bingo in 1999, he worked part time at our Morriston Club,  whilst studying at University.

Mike quickly developed through the Management structure since 2003 and he was Deputy General Manager of Nantgarw when it opened in February 2006.

His first club as General Manager was Bridgend before moving in May 2007 to Merthyr Tydfil .  He was at Merthyr when they had their £1.1million World Record Bingo winner.

March 2008 saw Mike receive a warm welcome from the members and staff when he returned to Morriston as the General Manager.
